Calculating the real cost of meetings.

Post Meeting Notification #

When a meeting finishes, the Meeting Canary will post a message into the meeting chat with a summary of the costs. The cost will depend on the number of internal participants in the meeting and the time they collectively spent.

Meeting Insights #

At the top of the meeting summary page it displays the Meeting Cost for Internal Participants. This is based upon the time spent by all internal participants multiplied by the average hourly cost. This hourly cost can be configured in Meeting Canary Settings | Settings

Meeting Cost Statistics #

You can also view your personal total costs for all your meetings. From the Meeting Canary Tab, in the top right you are shown a breakdown in cost.

Live Meeting Cost #

You can view the cost of a current meeting in real time using the In Meeting Side Panel.
